For over 2000 years, the site of Dover Castle has protected the stretch of English coast closest to Europe. The castle is home to the Princess of Wales's Royal Regiment & Queen's Museum and holds Sikh battle standards and cannon from the Anglo Sikh Wars Sutlej campaign.
