The Maharajah and the Kohinoor play produced by the Zeroseefr Theatre Company tells the tragic tale of the last Maharajah of Lahore, Duleep Singh.
The story dramatically journeys through the life of Duleep Singh, and how at the tender age of six he became the Maharajah of Lahore, following the death of his father. He was soon after deposed and sent to live in England, where he immediately became a court favourite of Queen Victoria.
